Refund Policy:
Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative
fee, for any cancellation received 10 or more calendar days prior to seminar.
No refund for cancellation within 5 days prior to seminar. Registration may be
transferred to another name at any time prior to the start of the conference.
